1. What we deliver

TBFCRM is software delivered online. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping charges.

2. When you get access

• After a successful payment your CRM is set up automatically on its own web address.
• Your login details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours.
• Plans marked Setup Review (for example Shopify connections) are activated after we review your store and workflow with you.
• Optional assisted onboarding is scheduled with you after payment.

3. Where we deliver

TBFCRM is available online to businesses in India and abroad. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees.

4. Did not receive access?

If you have paid and have not received your login details within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your payment or order ID.
